Description
ANGLE is a rotary switch input unit that incorporates a 10K potentiometer. By rotating the knob, the internal resistance value of the potentiometer can be adjusted.
A potentiometer is a resistive component with three terminals, and its resistance value can be adjusted according to a specific pattern. Based on this principle, the ESP32 retrieves the voltage output from the potentiometer through Port B and then performs analog-to-digital conversion to obtain corresponding mapping data. The ANGLE unit is a great choice for applications that require continuous signal control, such as volume or brightness adjustment, or motor speed control.
